The tracking information may not be available as soon as you receive the tracking number from us. A package can typically only be traced after a certain time when the package has reached the courier's 'sorting center.
If you still do not receive any tracking information, you can try again later, possibly the next morning, and otherwise, you are very welcome to contact our customer service.
NB: We only have a webshop for private customer in Denmark, Germany, and Austria.
