Domestic Returns
We believe that returns should be stress free, which is why we want to provide you with a return shipping label at no additional cost. Print it out, attach it to the package you are returning, and send it off - free of charge.
Returns are only eligible for purchases through our direct website, Maileg.com. The item(s) must be unused and in its original condition, accompanied with the original Maileg product packaging and tags. So basically, in the state you received them.
Once your order has been delivered, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact support@mailegusa.com and we will relay your return shipping label via email. *All purchases must be returned within 90 days of receiving your order.
We do not allow our authorized retailers to sell Maileg product through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other third party marketplace. Therefore, we will not honor any return requests or accept warranty claims associated with these sales channels.
Maileg North America will not honor any return requests or accept any warranty claims for items purchased through an overseas retailer.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days upon the arrival and quick inspection of your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner.
*Please note, refunds post depending on your Credit Card Company and Issuing bank. Outbound shipping costs are not subject to refunds.
Exchanges
With so many great choices to choose from, sometimes it can be difficult to make up your mind. We've all been there.
Please let us know which item(s) you want to return and we will send you a return shipping label at no additional cost.
However, due to the high volume of orders and dynamic inventory fluctuations, we cannot honor exchanges. You can place a new order online to ensure you receive the item you are looking for, and we will refund your original purchase once we receive your return.
Canadian Returns
This is where things can get a little tricky. Canadian orders are not eligible for complimentary return shipping, due to Customs restrictions.
All packages being returned to Maileg from outside the United States must be marked on the OUTSIDE of the box as "Return of Merchandise" to avoid additional taxes, customs/duties, and brokerage fees being assessed. Any paperwork filled out for the return shipment should also indicate that the "Return of Merchandise" was previously purchased from Maileg along with the date of the original purchase. This will eliminate any confusion that it is a return for which customs/duties/taxes have already been paid for.
Canadian returns not identified as "Returned Merchandise" will be subject to a chargeback for any taxes, customs/duties, and brokerage fees passed on to Maileg.
