If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we are here to help.
Please email email@example.com with your order number and/or the first and last name under your billing address so we can review your tracking information. We will follow up with the carrier to initiate a lost or stolen claim.
Please allow 4-7 business days for the carrier to investigate and hopefully, retrieve your package to ensure a successful delivery. In the meantime, please check with your neighbors if possible. Sometimes the carrier will deliver the package to one of them by mistake.
If you received a damaged shipment that has compromised the integrity of the product, please provide us with pictures of the damage sustained to the outside of the shipping box and the item itself. We will follow up with the carrier to provide the needed documents to begin a damage claim. During this time, we will ship a replacement item at no extra cost. If we do not have the item in stock, we will either provide store credit for the cost of the item, issue a full refund for the cost of the item, or ship another item of your choice that is equal to the cost of the item you purchased.
