If you experience that your package has been stolen or is otherwise gone, we are ready to help.
As soon as you experience that your package is gone, send us an e-mail at email@example.com with your order number and first and last name as well as billing address, so we can review your tracking information. We follow up with the courier, start a driver follow-up and submit claims for the lost goods. Please allow 4-7 business days for the carrier to examine and hopefully find your package and ensure successful delivery.
Before contacting us, please contact your neighbors and check if the courier has delivered the package to them by mistake.
If your package is damaged during receipts and this damage has caused damage to the product, please send pictures of the damaged shipping box and the item itself. We will follow up on the course of events and possibly initiate a claim for damages. We will then send you a replacement item at no extra cost. If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue a full refund cf. your order confirmation, or we will send another item of your choice, within the same price range.
NB: At the moment we only have a webshop for private customer in Denmark, Germany, and Austria.
