The European Personal Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force on 25 May 2018, and thus the whole of Europe has a common regulation on the processing of personal data: the new regulation aims to create greater transparency in the use of personal data and provide it individual control over his data as well as protect personal data. The personal data we register about you as a customer is, for example, name, address, e-mail, and telephone number.
It is important to us at Maileg ApS that we protect our customers 'and employees' personal information and comply with the regulation, including how we collect, use and store personal data. This means that our policies ensure that personal data such as customer information may only be used for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with your expectations. We also ensure that personal data is deleted/shredded when there is no longer a purpose for having this data registered, or when a statutory obligation to store personal data ceases.
For more details about our personal data policy, read the entire personal data policy at our website.
You have the right to request insight, correction, or deletion of your personal information. You also have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data and have the processing of your personal data limited, for example, to direct marketing, including targeted marketing, or have your personal data disclosed.
If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the additional right to revoke your consent at any time. Your revocation will not affect the legality of the processing carried out before the revocation of your consent.
If you wish to make use of your rights, you can fill out the request initiation form via this link: here
